OUR ESSENCE
At SDS SWIMWEAR, we believe in a more conscious, closer, and more responsible way of creating.
Each of our pieces is born in small workshops where the process is meticulously cared for. We currently produce in an artisanal workshop in Bali, where we work closely, ensuring quality, control, and respect for every stage of production.
RESPONSIBLE PRODUCTION
We opt for limited productions, moving away from the mass consumption model.
This allows us to reduce waste, optimize resources, and ensure that every bikini maintains a high standard of quality.
We believe in doing less, but better.
SUSTAINABLE MATERIALS
We work with Carvico Vita, a high-quality Italian technical fabric made from recycled materials.
This fabric not only reduces environmental impact but also provides:
- ECONYL® regenerated nylon (recycled nylon)
- High elasticity and shape retention
- Soft and compressive feel
- Resistance to chlorine, creams, and sun oils
- UV protection
- Quick drying
Where does recycled nylon come from?
It is made by recycling materials such as:
- abandoned fishing nets
- industrial waste
- old carpets
- textile scraps
- plastics recovered from the ocean
These wastes are:
- cleaned
- crushed
- chemically regenerated
- converted back into new nylon yarn
The important advantage is that regenerated nylon can have a quality practically equal to virgin nylon.
Designed to accompany you for a long time, without compromising style or performance.
COMMITMENT
Our commitment to sustainability is real and constantly evolving.
We don't believe in perfection, but we do believe in improving every day: in how we produce, in the materials we choose, and in the impact we leave.
SDS SWIMWEAR is a brand born in Ibiza, inspired by the sea, and committed to protecting it.
